An Epic Group of Horror Legends Including Tony Todd and Robert Englund Voice Dragons in 'DOTA: Dragon's Blood', Now on Netflix!

...Out now on Netflix is the series DOTA: Dragon's Blood, an anime style video game adaptation in the vein of Castlevania, created by Ashley Miller (X-Men: First Class, the upcoming Big Trouble in Little China remake) and brought to life by Studio Mir, the animators behind Avatar: The Last Airbender, The Legend of Korra and the most recent Voltron. 

What some of you may not know about the show is that Miller, a horror fan themselves, actually set out to put a horror spin on the series, casting numerous genre legends to voice the dragons in the show!

Via Miller, voices included in playing the dragons are Tony Todd (Candyman), Ashley Laurence (Hellraiser), Andrew Robinson (Hellraiser), Doug Bradley (Hellraiser), Robert Englund (A Nightmare on Elm Street), John Kassir (Voice of the Crypt Keeper from Tales from the Crypt) and the Mistress of the Dark herself, Cassandra Peterson aka Elvira!

Now THAT is an epic cast of "dragons", and is more than enough reason to get excited for DOTA: Dragon's Blood and check it out.

Said Miller, "Although the game is really a high fantasy action piece, my take on it was decidedly more Fritz Leiber or Robert E. Howard than Tolkien or Lewis. I’ve always viewed it as a horror film set in a fantasy world."
