That song may be about 99 red balloons, but it only takes one to scare the crap out of me...
...That's because red balloons immediately make me think of Stephen King's hell-clown creation, Pennywise, so any image like that tends to strike up curiosity and fear. Well, this morning, as part of their upcoming announcements of new September titles on Friday, Arrow Video appears to be teasing a new collector's edition of IT, the film based on the novel by King in which a group of kids battle an entity which can transform into their greatest fears!
The problem is, we're just not sure which version, as there is both the 1990 mini-series and the 2017 remake.
Based on the photo below, we would guess that this new collector's edition is for the 1990 mini-series, as that poster also featured an all-white background, so the similarities are there. Still, we won't know until this Friday for sure. Stay tuned here, as we will certainly be reporting on any announcements of note from Arrow on Friday.
