 Looks like Cary Elwes (Saw) is returning to horror... ...Via Deadline, Cary Elwes and many others have been cast to star in Screen Gems supernatural horror flick, Shrine! Directed by Evan Spiliotopoulos, the film is based on James Herbert’s best-selling novel. In Shrine: "A disgraced journalist discovers a series of divine miracles in a small New England town that has been touched by the apparition of the Virgin Mary and uses them to resurrect his career, but the “miracles” may have a much darker source." Elwes joins star Jeffrey Dean Morgan (The Walking Dead), Katie Aselton (The League), William Sadler (Bill & Ted Face the Music), Diogo Morgado (Son of God), Cricket Brown, Marina Mazepa (upcoming Malignant), Christine Adams (Black Lightning) and Bates Wilde.
