 "This story is about magic"... ...So says star Alice Krige (Carnival Row) in the first moment of a new featurette for Gretel and Hansel from Orion Pictures, which you can find below. Director Osgood Perkins (The Blackcoat's Daughter), Krige and star Sophia Lillis (It) discuss the magic of the film, and the tense relationship between Holda (Krige) and Gretel (Lillis). In Gretel and Hansel: "A long time ago in a distant fairytale countryside, a young girl leads her little brother into a dark wood in desperate search of food and work, only to stumble upon a nexus of terrifying evil." The film also stars Sammy Leakey, Jessica De Gouw (Arrow) and Charles Babalola (Black Mirror). Rob Hayes wrote the script. Enter the woods with Gretel and Hansel when the film releases in theaters on January 31st through Orion Pictures. By Matt Konopka
