Chris Evans Being Eyed as Plant Food for Warner Bros. 'Little Shop of Horrors' Remake!
This is PERFECT casting news...
...Via THR, Chris Evans (Knives Out) is being eyed to play the role of the psychotic dentist in Warner Bros. Little Shop of Horrors Reboot! Taron Egerton (Rocketman) and Scarlett Johansson (Black Widow) have already been in talks to play Seymour and Audrey, respectively, and if you've seen Evans in Knives Out or Scott Pilgrim vs The World, then you know this is another perfect casting call, because Evans is great at playing funny but bad!
Originally an off-broadway musical by writer Howard Ashman and composer Alan Menken, Little Shop of Horrors was first adapted for the screen in 1960 by Roger Corman, followed by a 1986 remake from director Frank Oz that has since become a cult classic.
In the 1986 version of Little Shop of Horrors:
"A nerdy florist finds his chance for success and romance with the help of a giant man-eating plant who demands to be fed."
