...KHC has learned that Issa Lopez's brilliant, fairy-tale horror film, Tigers Are Not Afraid, is coming to Steelbook Blu-ray on May 5th via RLJE Films and Shudder! 

For those that missed it, Tigers Are Not Afraid is a tragic, chilling yet beautiful film about a group of kids in Mexico who band together and try to survive the streets amongst the horrific violence of the cartel and the ghosts that they leave. With shades of Guillermo del Toro's Pan's Labyrinth in terms of its dark fairy-tale tone, Tigers Are Not Afraid made our list of the 10 best horror films of 2019, and is well worth the watch. Currently, you can stream the film on Shudder.
