We have to wait a little longer for Edgar Wright's new horror film, but we think it will be worth it...
...Director Edgar Wright (Shaun of the Dead) took to Twitter today to announce that his next film, Last Night in Soho, has been pushed all the way until April 23rd, 2021. It's a bummer that we have to wait so long and another item added to the long list of why this pandemic can go screw itself, because this was one of our most anticipated horror films of the year.
In Last Night in Soho, written by Wright and Krysty Wilson-Cairns (“Penny Dreadful”).
"A young girl, passionate about fashion design, is mysteriously able to enter the 1960s where she encounters her idol, a dazzling wannabe singer. But 1960s London is not what it seems, and time seems to fall apart with shady consequences."
The film stars Anya Taylor-Joy and Thomasin McKenzie.
