'Evil's' Mike Colter Joining Hulu Horror Anthology Series, 'Monsterland'!

Actor Mike Colter isn't done fighting evil...

...Via Deadline, Mike Colter, one of the stars of the CBS series Evil, is joining Hulu's Monsterland, an anthology series created by Mary Laws (Preacher)! 

Based off of the short story collection North American Lake Monsters from author Nathan Ballingrud, Monsterland: 

"...is full of encounters with mermaids, fallen angels and other strange beasts (and) follows broken people driven to desperate acts in an attempt to repair their lives, ultimately showing there is a thin line between man and monster."

According to Deadline, Colter will play a character in an episode titled "Newark, New Jersey", in which a father (Colter), is unable to move on from blaming himself over the disappearance of his daughter while under his watch. 

The series is executive produced by Laws, Lucan Toh, Babak Anvari, Megan Ellison and Sue Naegle. The series is produced by Annapurna Television. 

At this time, we are unaware of a set release date.
