Looking for some psychedelic horror-themed music to spice up your Halloween party this year? Then you may want to check out Dr. Snik's new album, Halloween Chills: Chill Out!... Rising up out of the chilly grave in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, Dr. Snik is an independent artist with a flare for the horror genre. Halloween Chills: Chill Out! is a collection of "psychedelic/psycho/horror/pop-punk" music inspired by 60s/70s horror films from which Dr. Snik splices in plenty of unnerving sound effects to create a creepy visual sure to tingle all the way down your spine to that party bone we call your "hip". Each track has something a little different to offer, from March of the Dead's obvious reference to Romero's Night of the Living Dead to the lyric-less, eerie trek through a haunted house that is Ghost. Though each have their own flavor, there is certainly one constant, and that is that each track is a strange, dark trip perfect for sitting back with your relaxing method of choice and chilling out. Dr. Snik's Halloween Chills: Chill Out is available now for purchase here. You can also check out Dr. Snik's Youtube channel, as well as follow him on Twitter. By Matt Konopka
