With the fear over Coronavirus, everyone is being affected, including films that could use a little extra support right now...

...One of those films is The Void co-director Steven Kostanski's Psycho Goreman, which was originally supposed to premiere today at SXSW, which has since been cancelled because of the Coronavirus. Looking like the ultra-gory version of Star Wars in the sense that it's loaded with unique characters, the film seems like an absolute blast, and is over-flowing with drool-worthy practical FX and creatures that horror fans are going to eat up.

For the past couple months, the Psycho Goreman Twitter account has been posting photos and descriptions of some of the creatures/aliens that populate the film and form the "Gigax Council", and so we thought we'd give the film some support today by gathering those all together for you to check out below and whet your appetite for what we believe will be one of the best horror films of the year.

In Psycho Goreman:
"Siblings Mimi and Luke unwittingly resurrect an ancient alien overlord. Using a magical amulet, they force the monster to obey their childish whims, and accidentally attract a rogues' gallery of intergalactic assassins to small-town suburbia."
The film stars Nita-Josée Hanna, Owen Myre, Matthew Ninaber, Adam Brooks, Alexis Hancey, Kristen MacCulloch and Steven Vlahos.

Check out the character images/descriptions below, and hopefully we'll know more about when/where you can finally see Psycho Goreman soon.

Lastly, fuck you, Coronavirus.

"Nicknamed TUBE-MAN, this braggadocious mug-in-a-jug is one of the Gigax Council's most trusted cosmic resonance analysts. With PG back in the galaxy, he takes solace that he no longer has pain receptors."

"The only pilot in the Gigaxian Fleet to have survived space combat with PG, STAR STRYKER 77 serves on the Gigax Council as a military advisor, still wearing in his requisition flight suit; a Nightmare Force design."
Picture
"Humans are regularly abducted by the GIGAX EMPIRE as their biological ingredients makes for a rare delicacy. The Gigax Council can always count on ALLAN to ensure that their human resources are well regulated. He secretly admires PG."
Picture
"A respected arbiter of JUSTICE and chronicler of GIGAXIAN HISTORY, JUDICATOR has presided over the Gigax Council since before PG threatened its reign. Judge not, lest ye be Judicated."
Picture
"With PG threatening all existence, will the cool intellect of DR. MEGANOID scheme a scientific means of absolution for the Gigax Council?"
Picture
"Witness H.I.S.S. - revered for her beauty, feared for deadly serpentine spells. Trusted confident to PG's most notorious rival PANDORA."

"Will you be KORTEX's Valentine? Just don't hold his failure to keep PG imprisoned forever against him."
And just in case you missed the trailer for Psycho Goreman, here it is again for your gory viewing pleasure!
