Joe Cornish Has Met With John Boyega to Discuss a Sequel to 'Attack the Block'!

Could there be an Attack the Block part 2? It appears conversations are being had...

...Via our friends at Bloody Disgusting, Joe Cornish, director of the sci-fi horror flick Attack the Block, has been in talks with star of the original film, John Boyega (Star Wars: The Force Awakens), to potentially do a sequel!

For those that have never seen the 2011 film, it follows a gang in South London who find themselves in the middle of an alien invasion and must defend their territory or die trying. 

According to Bloody, Cornish recently appeared on the ScriptApart podcast, where he said he's recently been in talks with Boyega about a sequel, saying "We’ve got ideas. I met with John a couple of months ago to talk about it."

Of course, this is all just talk at the moment, but Boyega has also stated that he would be interested in returning to do a sequel as his character Moses, and based on fan reception of the first film, a sequel would be more than welcome.
