I know we're supposed to be quiet and all, but here's something worth screaming about...
...Paramount has been bouncing around the release date for director John Krasinski's upcoming sequel, A Quiet Place II, thanks to the ongoing pandemic, but some good news today, as both Krasinski and the Twitter account for the film have announced that the film has moved up from it's previous release date of September 17th all the way to May 28th, Memorial Day weekend!
While we still don't recommend going to theaters at this time, by all accounts, most of the country should be vaccinated by then, so this could be a wonderful gift for fans that have been waiting to go back to theaters. In A Quiet Place II, the sequel to the hit 2018 film, A Quiet Place:
"Following the events at home, the Abbott family now face the terrors of the outside world. Forced to venture into the unknown, they realize that the creatures that hunt by sound are not the only threats that lurk beyond the sand path."
The film stars Emily Blunt, Millicent Simmonds, Noah Jupe, and Cillian Murphy.
