Lovecraftian Body Horror Flick 'The Beach House' Coming to Shudder in July!

The most frightening film we witnessed at the Chattanooga Film Festival will soon be making its way to Shudder...

...KHC has just learned that writer/director Jeffrey A. Brown's nightmarish The Beach House will be coming to Shudder next month! A terrifying Lovecraftian body horror flick that we caught on the Chattanooga Film Festival (read our review here), this is a film that is sure to make viewers squirm. 

​In The Beach House: 

"Escaping to his family's beach house to reconnect, Emily and Randall find their off-season trip interrupted by Mitch and Jane Turner, an older couple acquainted with Randall’s estranged father. Unexpected bonds form as the couples let loose and enjoy the isolation, but it all takes an ominous turn as increasingly strange environmental phenomena begin to warp their peaceful evening. As the effects of an infection become evident, Emily struggles to make sense of the contagion before it’s too late."

The film stars Liana Liberato (BANANA SPLIT), Noah Le Gros (A SCORE TO SETTLE), Jake Weber (DAWN OF THE DEAD) and Maryanne Nagel.

Enter The Beach House when the film debuts on Shudder in the U.S., Canada, U.K. and Ireland July 9th.
