New Featurette for Shudder's 'The Dead Lands' Goes Behind the Scenes of the Incredible Choreography!

...Shudder has released a new featurette for the show, which goes behind the scenes of the choreography, with cast/crew discussing their experiences on set! Directed by Peter Meteherangi Tikao Burger and Michael Hurst and written by Glenn Standring, any fan of The Dead Lands will likely enjoy the video below, and for those that haven't seen it, it may convince you to finally check it out. 

In The Dead Lands:

"A murdered Māori warrior, Waka Nuku Rau (Te Kohe Tuhaka), is sent back to the world of the living to redeem his sins. But the world Waka returns to is ravaged by a breach between Life and the Afterlife as the spirits of the newly dead now stalk the land and hunt the living."

The series is the first genre TV showcase of Māori mythic storytelling and martial traditions, created by a mainly Māori cast with significant Māori involvement at all levels of the production.

The Dead Lands stars Te Kohe Tuhaka (Monster Problems), Darneen Christian, Kirk Torrance (Outrageous Fortune) and Vicky Haughton (King Kong). 

Stream episodes 1-3 on Shudder now, and catch episode 4 when it drops on February 6th.
