New 'Locke and Key' Featurette Details Script to Screen Experience, Including Adapting the Head Key!
If you've ever read Joe Hill's Locke and Key, you may be curious as to how the new live-action series coming to Netflix portrays the Head Key, and now a new featurette has the answer...
...Coming from creators Carlton Cuse (Bates Motel) and Meredith Averill (The Haunting of Hill House), with Andy Muschietti (IT) executive producing, Locke and Key was first published in 2008, and has had a long, long journey from comic to screen. Netflix has unveiled a new featurette today, which details how the comic got to this point, while providing new footage and explaining how the infamous Head Key (which unlocks the minds of others for all to see), was adapted visually for the new series! Check it out below, and join me in my ever-growing anticipation for this show.
In Locke and Key:
"Three siblings who move into their ancestral estate after their father's gruesome murder discover their new home's magical keys, which must be used in their stand against an evil creature who wants the keys and their powers."
Locke & Key stars Darby Stanchfield, Laysla De Oliveira, Connor Jessup, Emilia Jones, Hallea Jones, Jackson Robert Scott and Bill Heck.
