First the new Saw trailer, and now the sequel for another iconic character is teasing photos. Be still our beating hearts...
...We were all thrilled when Terrifier 2 was announced, with writer/director Damien Leone returning to the director's chair after unleashing Terrifier on us in 2016, and to be honest, it still feels a little weird to refer to Art the Clown as iconic with just one full feature out there (not counting his segment in All Hallow's Eve), but it's the truth. In just a short time span, that's exactly what he's become, and fans are waiting anxiously for a trailer for the new film. Sounds like they may get their wish soon.
Today, the Terrifier 2 Twitter account leaked a couple new photos from the upcoming film, but that's not all. The account has also been teasing what we can only imagine is a trailer coming our way soon, though there's a chance they were just referring to the photos, but we doubt that. Check out the photos and tweet below, and get ready for something bloody any day now! In Terrifier 2:
"After being resurrected by a sinister entity, Art the Clown returns to Miles County where he must hunt down and destroy a teenage girl and her younger brother on Halloween night."
The film sees the return of David Howard Thornton as Art, and features KHC favorite, Felissa Rose (Sleepaway Camp)!
At this time, there is no official release date. Details here as they come.
