[R.I.P.] Nicolas Roeg, director of "Don't Look Now" and "The Witches", has died

Sad news today, as director Nicolas Roeg has passed away...

...We've learned today that Nicolas Roeg, director of famed horror films Don't Look Now and The Witches, has passed away at 90 years old. 

Roeg is perhaps best known for the Donald Sutherland starring supernatural scare fest, Don't Look Now, but I've personally always loved his film The Witches. In the film, a young boy discovers a convention of witches, and as a kid, not many images were scarier to me than Anjelica Huston in witch makeup. 

Of course, Roeg was not just a "horror" director. He also made the classics The Man Who Fell to Earth, Eureka, Castaway, and so much more.
