 Russell Crowe is not someone I would want to piss off on the road, or anywhere, really... ...Via THR, Solstice Studios have moved up the release date of the Russell Crowe-starring road rage thriller Unhinged from September to July 1st! The move comes as some theaters begin to re-open, making Unhinged the first new theatrical release to look forward to in the coming months. In Unhinged, directed by Derrick Borte (American Dreamer): "An ordinary, everyday incident is taken to its most terrifying conclusion in telling the story of a mother who leans on her horn at the wrong time, to the wrong guy. "Road rage" doesn't begin to describe what he's about to do to her and everyone she knows." The film also stars Caren Pistorius, Gabriel Bateman, Jimmi Simpson and Austin P. McKenzie. This of course is all banking on the idea that theaters will remain open into July (as we all know, changes with the current pandemic are fast-moving and nearly impossible to predict), but let's keep our fingers crossed that we'll be able to see Crowe lose his mind come July!
