Two great films are coming to Shudder later this year... ...Via Deadline, Shudder has acquired North American rights to both director Richard Stanley's adaptation of Lovecraft's Color Out of Space and director Frank Sabatella’s vampire pic The Shed! For those unfamiliar with either film, in Color Out of Space, which stars Nicolas Cage, "A secluded farm is struck by a strange meteorite which has apocalyptic consequences for the family living there and possibly the world." (You can read our review here). In The Shed, "A hunter gets bitten by a vampire and runs into a shed to avoid sunlight. Stan, a 17 y.o. on probation, and his supervisor grandpa live next to it. Stan's bullied high school buddy can use a monster." (You can read our review here). Said Shudder's General Manager Craig Engler, “We’re thrilled to be bringing Shudder members Stanley’s masterful adaptation of one of H.P.
