 How much do you really trust your neighbors?... ...Via Variety, Shudder has acquired U.S., Canada and U.K. rights to Indonesian horror director Joko Anwar's new film, Impetigore! In Impetigore: "A woman discovers that her neighbors think she is cursed and want to kill her. Anwar called the film “my love letter to horror movies I grew up with, slashers, ghost stories, wrapped in a tragic family drama not unlike my family.” The film stars Tara Basro (Satan’s Slaves), Marissa Anita (HBO Asia’s Folklore: A Mother’s Love), Ario Bayu (Dead Time), veteran Christine Hakim (Eat, Pray, Love), and Asmara Abigail. Anwar's previous film, Satan's Slaves, is currently on Shudder. According to the site, Impetigore should arrive on Shudder July 23rd.  By Matt Konopka
