 Next week, Shudder begins exploring the histories of cursed films... ...Beginning Thursday, April 2nd, Shudder will begin releasing episodes of director Jay Cheel's Cursed Films, a five-part documentary series which explores horror films with a "cursed" history, including The Exorcist, The Omen, and more! Episode 1 of Cursed Films, which explores The Exorcist, will premiere on Shudder on April 2nd, and to celebrate, KHC has learned that Shudder is hosting a LIVE TWEET-ALONG with director Jay Cheel beginning at 9pm ET/6pm PT! This appears to be a continuation of what has become a weekly Thursday tweet along with Shudder, as the streaming service has previously held events for Satanic Panic, and just yesterday, hosted Daniel Isn't Real (both excellent films). To join in, hit play on Episode 1 of Cursed Films at the start time, follow Shudder and Jay Cheel on Twitter, and use #ShudderShutIn to follow along.
