Fans will be able to play the game sooner than expected...
...It feels like forever now that we've waited for the Saw sequel, Spiral: From the Book of Saw from director Darren Lynn Bousman (Saw 2-4), all thanks to Covid, but today, the Twitter account for the film has revealed that Lionsgate and Twisted Pictures will be bringing Spiral to theaters one week earlier than expected, moving up from late May to May 14th, 2021!
In Spiral: From the Book of Saw, written by Josh Stolberg and Pete Goldfinger and based off of a story from Chris Rock:
"A sadistic mastermind unleashes a twisted form of justice in SPIRAL, the terrifying new chapter from the book of SAW. Working in the shadow of an esteemed police veteran, brash Detective Ezekiel “Zeke” Banks and his rookie partner take charge of a grisly investigation into murders that are eerily reminiscent of the city’s gruesome past. Unwittingly entrapped in a deepening mystery, Zeke finds himself at the center of the killer’s morbid game."
The film stars Samuel L. Jackson, Chris Rock and Max Minghella.
