 Any favorite horror film on 4K will put a spell on me... ...Via Broke Horror Fan, we've learned that the Halloween kid's horror classic, Hocus Pocus (1993), directed by Kenny Ortega and written by Mick Garris (The Stand, Sleepwalkers) and Neil Cuthbert (The Return of Swamp Thing), is getting a 4K Ultra HD collector's edition disc from Disney! For those that are unfamiliar with this spooky classic, in Hocus Pocus: "A curious youngster moves to Salem, where he struggles to fit in before awakening a trio of diabolical witches that were executed in the 17th century." The film stars Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker and Kathy Najimy as the three witches. At this time, there is no word on special features. Disney will release the disc on September 15th.
