 Things just got a little brighter for the Bright sequel... ...Via Deadline, Louis Leterrier (The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance, Now You See Me), is in talks to direct the sequel to David Ayer's hit film for Netflix, Bright, which re-teams Will Smith and Joel Edgerton in the sci-fi buddy cop story pairing a human with an orc! The script was written by Ayer and Evan Spiliotopoulos with a rewrite by T.S. Nowlin. According to the site, their sources say that "the 'Bright' sequel picks up the travails of the odd partnership, but sets it on an international stage." The sequel is being produced by Ayer, Eric Newman, Bryan Unkeless and Ray Angelic.  By Matt Konopka
