'The Invisible Man' Director Leigh Whannell in Talks to Direct Ryan Gosling in Universal's 'The Wolf Man'!

...Via Deadline, Leigh Whannell, hot off his highly successful film The Invisible Man, is now in talks to direct Ryan Gosling for Universal's The Wolf Man remake! 

Whannell will be writing the treatment for the film, based on an original idea of his own and inspired by the 1941 film. Lauren Schuker Blum and Rebecca Angelo (Netflix’s Orange is the New Black) will write the script.

Jason Blum and Blumhouse have boarded the film as producers along with Gosling. 

Based on the fresh new way Whannell was able to bring The Invisible Man to life, we can't wait to see what he does with The Wolf Man (if he ends up directing the film). Either way, this is news worth howling over.
