The Jury Award and Audience Award Have Been Announced for the Etheria Film Festival Shorts!

...This past weekend, the 2020 edition of the Etheria Film Festival premiered on Shudder. A short film festival dedicated to the work of women in genre and featuring all female-directed genre shorts ranging from horror to comedy and everything in between, the festival is an incredible experience, and one that we've been glad to know over the last couple of years. 

This year's edition featured nine fantastic shorts, and this morning, both the Jury Award and Audience Award were announced for the Etheria Film Fest, awarding the Jury award to director Mia'kate Russell's Maggie May, a gut-wrenching flick not for the faint of heart, while the audience award went to director ​Alexandria Perez's The Final Girl Returns, a surreal horror flick that brings new meaning to the words Final Girl!

Congrats to the winners, as well as each contestant in the fest! All of the work featured is a unique experience worth checking out!
