'The Wind' Director Helming 'Blood Moon,' the Season Finale of Blumhouse and Hulu's 'Into the Dark'!2/16/2021 Some howling good news about the next Into the Dark episode... ...Hulu and Blumhouse have announced today that director Emma Tammi (The Wind) is helming the Into the Dark season finale, Blood Moon, which sounds like a werewolf story and I am here for it! In Blood Moon, written by Adam Mason & Simon Boyes (Songbird, Hangman): "When Esme and her ten-year-old son, Luna, move to a small desert town looking for a fresh start they attract all the wrong kinds of attention. As the locals begin to probe, Esme must battle to protect her son and a terrifying secret before the next full moon threatens their very existence." The film stars Megalyn Echikunwoke (Almost Family), Yonas Kibreab (Silicon Valley), Joshua Dov (Narcos: Mexico), Marco Rodriguez (Velvet Buzzsaw), Gareth Williams (Mindhunter), Jack Yang (Shadowhunters), Brian Norris (Halt and Catch Fire), Patrick W. Day (Cruel Hearts), Jan Munro (Ford v Ferrari) and Danielle Juliet Ma. Blood Moon sees the return of the filmmakers to Into the Dark. Director Emma Tammi previously directed the Mother’s Day installment Delivered that premiered last year. Writer Adam Mason directed two episodes in the anthology’s first season - I’m Just F*cking With You and They Come Knocking. And if you haven't seen Tammi's The Wind, see it. It's fantastic. Into the Dark: Blood Moon comes to Hulu on March 26th. By Matt Konopka
