With Quibi's quick-bite format, it makes perfect sense that they're developing more horror anthology shows... ...Via our friends at Bloody Disgusting, Quibi is in development on another horror anthology series, Horror Accidental, from Evan Daugherty (Tomb Raider)! The series is based on the Japanese drama series of the same name from Fuji Television Network, Inc. In Horror Accidental: "The series highlights everyday situations normal people find themselves in — and the horrific possibilities that lurk around every corner in our modern world." Kind of sounds a lot like Final Destination, the horror series. The series is being produced by ALTER, Gunpowder and Sky's horror brand, and will be executive produced by Van Toffler and Cody Zwieg. The series is also produced by Scoop Productions. Horror Accidental is also being executive produced by Amuse Group USA and Fuji TV. The series will join Sam Raimi's 50 States of Fright on Quibi, another horror anthology series which currently has the first few episodes streaming on the service. If you sign up for Quibi (which is now available) at www.Quibi.com by April 30, 2020, you'll be able to enjoy a FREE 90-day trial! That's an offer we highly suggest you take advantage of.
