...Lightbulb Film Distribution has released a new trailer/poster for Cody Calahan's (Let Her Out) upcoming thriller The Oak Room, a sinister thriller from Black Fawn Films that our Assistant Editor Katelyn Nelson adored at Fantasia 2020, calling the film a "labyrinthine trading of tales bristling with tension." ​In The Oak Room:

"During a raging snowstorm, a drifter offers to settle a debt with a grizzled bartender by telling him a story. The night's events quickly spiral into a dark tale of deceit, mistaken identity and shocking violence."

The film stars RJ Mitte (“Breaking Bad”), Peter Outerbridge (“V-Wars”) and Ari Millen (“Orphan Black”).

The Oak Room will be released on digital download on April 26th in the UK, April 27th in Canada (Black Fawn Distribution) and on April 28th (also Lightbulb Film Distribution) in Australia and New Zealand.

At this time, we do not have details on a U.S. release.
