 America is a terrifying place... ...Amazon Prime has released a trailer for creator Little Marvin's upcoming series "Them", a series which explores terror in America and which our Amylou Ahava caught during SXSW and says "brilliantly and painfully demonstrates that when certain groups of people are denied the right to ‘home’, they become haunted, too." In "Them": "The first season, 1950s-set COVENANT centers around a Black family who move from North Carolina to an all-white Los Angeles neighborhood during the period known as The Great Migration. The family’s idyllic home becomes ground zero where malevolent forces, next door and otherworldly, threaten to taunt, ravage and destroy them." "Them" stars Deborah Ayorinde, Ashley Thomas, Alison Pill, Shahadi Wright Joseph, Melody Hurd, and Ryan Kwanten. It was executive produced by Marvin and Lena Waithe.
