...High Octane Pictures has released a trailer for Investigation 13 from director Krisstian de Lara, featuring a nasty killer known only as the Mole Man! Written by de Lara, Clay Smith and Rolando Vinas, the trailer shows us why sometimes, it's maybe better to not go exploring urban legends revolving around killers in creepy abandoned hospitals. 

In Investigation 13: 

"A group of students investigate the urban legend of The Mole Man, an ex-patient said to still be residing within the walls of the Black Grove Asylum. They soon learn this myth is real, making this 13th investigation one they will come to regret."

Investigation 13 is now available on VOD and streaming on Prime.
