[Trailer] 'Rogue One's' Ingvild Deila Finds Herself Trapped with a Madman in 'Hippopotamus'

Well here's something to make us all feel a little more claustrophobic while quarantining...

...EAP Productions has released a trailer for writer/director Edward A. Palmer's Hippopotamus, a film which feels quite timely in the midst of not just the #MeToo movement, but a period where many of us are self-quarantining. 

In Hippopotamus:

"Ruby wakes from a bad dream to find herself in a real life nightmare. She's trapped in a basement, her legs are broken and she can't remember who she is or how she got there. Her kidnapper, Tom, tells her she will remain captive until she falls in love with him. Ruby is focused on trying to escape until Tom starts helping her to remember her past and she begins to question everything."

The film stars Ingvild Deila (Rogue One: A Star Wars Story) and Stuart Mortimer. 

Hippopotamus is scheduled for a release on VOD in the UK on March 27th. At this time, we're unaware of a U.S. release date.
