 Every film has a story. Some even say particular films are cursed... ...Via EW, a new trailer and poster have dropped for Shudder's Cursed Films, which explores some of horror history's most trouble productions, discussing, were they cursed, or is that just nonsense? Directed by Jay Cheel, the five-part documentary series looks like a must see for any fan who is interested in the mysteries that go on behind the scenes of some of their favorite horror films. The show will explore the infamously troubled productions of Poltergeist, The Exorcist, The Omen, The Crow, and Twilight Zone: The Movie. According to EW, some of those interviewed for the show include The Omen director Richard Donner, The Exorcist star Linda Blair, horror icons Kane Hodder and Michael Berryman, Troma Entertainment co-founder Lloyd Kaufman, Poltergeist III director Gary Sherman, historian Mitch Horowitz, and Blumhouse executive/Shock Waves podcast co-host Ryan Turek. Explore Cursed Films when Shudder releases episodes about Poltergeist, The Omen, and The Exorcist on April 9th, 2020, followed by episodes concerning The Crow and Twilight Zone: The Movie on April 16th.
