...Possession films are all the rage right now (have they ever not been?), and Dark Sky Films has released a trailer for the next demonic terror, In the Trap! Directed by Alessio Liguori and written by Daniele Cosci, the trailer below is absolutely chilling and filled to the brim with the sort of hellish imagery we've become accustomed to with the possession sub-genre. 

In In the Trap:

"Philip, a young proofreader, has been living in a self-imposed prison. Convinced that an evil force wants to take possession of his soul, he secludes himself in his childhood apartment, the only place where he thinks he's able to keep himself safe. But a meeting with a mysteriously alluring young woman makes him question his beliefs - have the demons that have haunted him all his life been simply a product of his own imagination, or is this new temptation yet another trap the devil has set for him?"

The film stars Jamie Paul, Miriam Galanti, David Bailie and Sonya Cullingford.

Fall In the Trap when it releases on digital and DVD April 10th, 2020.
