 What would you do if your family left you with a terrible inheritance?... ...Via Deadline, Vertical Entertainment and DirecTV have acquired North American rights to Inheritance, starring Lily Collins (Mirror Mirror) and Simon Pegg (Shaun of the Dead)! Directed by Vaugh Stein and written by Matthew Kennedy, the film revolves around a dark inheritance which leads to various twists and turns. In Inheritance: "A patriarch of a wealthy and powerful family suddenly passes away, leaving his wife and daughter with a shocking secret inheritance that threatens to unravel and destroy their lives." The film also stars Connie Nielsen, Chace Crawford and Marque Richardson. Richard Barton Lewis, David M. Wulf and Arianne Fraser produced, with Rich Goldberg, Peter Jarowey, Santosh Govindaraju, Gabrielle Jerou-Tabak, Joseph Lanius, Daniel Negret, Delphine Perrier, Dan Reardon and Simon Williams executive producing. Inheritance will first drop on DirecTV in April, a month before its May 15 theatrical release via Vertical. It is also set to premiere at next month's Tribeca Film Festival. By Matt Konopka
